FAQ

Shipping Standard to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

Shipping will take an additional 14-21 business days depending on the location. Need your gifts faster? Economy, Expedited, and Rush Shipping options are available and aligned with the normal order-by dates above.

What is your Ship deadline for International Orders?

Our ship deadline for most products to ship internationally is December 13th, 2023. Please order by 11:59 PST. Any exceptions are listed above.

Do your Shipping timelines include weekends as Shipping days?

No, shipping times are calculated in business days. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will arrive the following Monday.

Where is my Orders?

You can check out your order history here to find tracking for any orders placed. Sometimes tracking will not update, even if the package is in transit; usually this resolves itself within 24 hours! Please check out these production guidelines for information on how long it will take for your item to ship

Why is only 1 of my items showing tracking?

We work with multiple vendors across the US to ship your products. It is possible that if you ordered two or more separate items, they will ship in separate packages and will therefore each show up with unique tracking numbers.

Do you offer Rush production?

We do not offer a rush production option at this time.

What shipping methods can I choose from?

For domestic (within the United States) deliveries, we offer four shipping options - Standard (5-8 business days), Economy (4-6 business days), Expedited (2 business days), and Rush (1 business day). These times are in addition to production time. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc. Note - most frames are not available with Standard shipping.

Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will arrive the following Monday.

Please keep in mind when ordering that these shipping times do not include the production times of our products. You can read more about production times and shipping info here. You can also find the production times for each product on the product page, under the "shipping information" tab.

For international deliveries, we ship via FedEx International Economy. You can learn more about those options here. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for customs fees, shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc.

With the custom nature of our products, it takes some time to craft your order from the moment you place it. Take into account that each product has a different production time before it ships, and be sure to allow plenty of time to receive it at your doorstep!
